Join our Spring cohort of the 4 Weeks to Resilience. Starting March 22nd, we will meet virtually once a week for 4 weeks. We will dive into the four mental muscles associated with mental fitness, and how you can become more resilient!

Start Spring off on the Right Foot

The 4 Weeks to Resilience is a 4 week seminar series, featuring four 90 minute zoom sessions with an Air Faculty. We will take you through the four mental muscles - See Fit, Think Fit, Feel Fit, and Act Fit. Starting Monday, March 22nd. we will meet from 1-2:30pm AST for an Air guided session, and discussion.
