Module 1 - See Fit: Establishing a Resilience Mindset (April 26th)
Cultivating a growth mindset is necessary to thrive during stressful times. We introduce the Be Fit framework, the 4 mental muscle groups, and key resilience skills.
Module 2 - Think Fit: Developing Mental Discipline (May 3rd)
Stress is a fact of life. This session explores common manifestations of stress and elucidates how fear can be leveraged to manage stress in positive and adaptive ways.
Module 3 - Feel Fit: Making Sense of Emotions (May 10th)
We will uncover key insights into the role emotions play in our lives and the importance of harnessing that energy to motivate positive growth and development.
Module 4 - Act Fit: Forging Strong Relationships (May 17th)
Stress need not damage relationships; collective resilience can be built through commitment, compassion and understanding, forging invaluable connections that mutually protect.
